So twice now I have taken my car in with idea that the problem I think it's going to be will cost me a fortune and both of those times they could have easily ordered the expensive part, installed it and I wouldn't have known any different. Once it was a hose instead of a full water pump and today I received a call after dropping it off convinced that my rear suspension was out and it ended up being my tires and tire pressure. They literally said "I can't in good faith sell you new shocks because that's not the problem" These guys are the real deal. Completely honest. Customer for life here.

I’ve been a customer at B&L Motors for over 20 years. I followed Blain there after he left as service manager at another dealership. I did that because I trusted his recommendations and his commitment to never “up-sell” me on services I did not need. I’ve had nothing but good service at B&L. They’ve looked after two VW’s and a Volvo. That good experience has continued under Mat Wagner’s direction. My first service he noticed there was no record of a transmission fluid change on my Volvo and recommended it. The result was a wonderfully improved drive that I had never really noticed wasn’t so hot! I’m thankful for using B&L every time I hear the transmission change gears!!
